


Mr. Ishikawa is an expert in the fields of Internet content distribution, spidering, electronic security, networking and database design and has served in a variety of executive level positions in numerous Silicon Valley technology companies. Over the course of his 25 years in the computer services industry, Mr. Ishikawa has engineered and managed large scale databases, wide-area networks, branding, and encryption systems for organizations ranging from the U.S. Department of Defense to Hewlett Packard. Prior to founding BayTSP in 1999, he served as Chief Operating Officer of Infonent.com, Inc.
Co-founder, Chief Operating Officer. Ms. Espinosa is responsible for the day-to-day administration of company operations, bringing an extensive background in hi-tech project management to the position. For the ten years prior, Ms. Espinosa served with the Palo Alto Police Department in Palo Alto, California, most recently as Computer Systems Manager. Previously, she held positions at Teledyne MEC and Chemetrics, Inc.
Mr. Sweeney has over 20 years experience in financial and tax matters, specializing in the technology sector. He was a partner with Ernst & Young, LLP where he served various technology clients and held different leadership positions within the firm. Mr. Sweeney also was the Chief Financial Officer for FlashFoto, Inc., Big Bear Networks, Net VMG, and Network Alchemy (acquired by Nokia in 2000). He holds a Bachelors degree in Accounting from the University of Southern California and is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California.
Mr. Hill has over 15 years of experience developing and marketing software for emerging online protocols. Prior to joining BayTSP, Travis owned and operated several companies: most recently, Media Enforcer, where he created software and established processes for protocol tracking on peer to peer networks to answer the growing problem of mass illegitimate online distribution; Software Fusion, with the first universal instant messenger software allowing users to connect to multiple networks simultaneously; and EZ-BBS, with a multitasking software for creating bulletin board systems.
Mr. Woo is responsible for analyzing potential new business opportunities and managing strategic client and business relationships. Prior to BayTSP he worked at Deloitte and Touche's ERS e-business Assurance group, developing and promoting new products and managing engagements. He has an MBA from USC's Marshall School of Business, and a B.S. in Managerial Economics from UC Davis.
Mr. Low is responsible for strategy and new products at BayTSP. He has over 15 years of experience in strategic planning and implementation roles. Lawrence held senior positions in a number of startups prior to joining BayTSP including iSilk, a cross lingual contextual search startup, and Onda Concepts, a mobile content publisher. Mr. Low was the Assistant General Manager at Modern Aspac Development Ltd based in Hong Kong and was a Strategy Consultant at Anderson Consulting (now Accenture) in Hong Kong and Sydney.
Mr. Salter has over 20 years experience in Information Technology service delivery at Paramount Pictures where he served in a variety of roles in infrastructure management including system and network engineering, client services, and data center operations. In addition, he was responsible for coordinating Internet anti-piracy efforts for the studio. Prior to launching his corporate IT career, he worked variously as a screenwriter, a software developer, and an engineer in a solid-state physics research lab for General Dynamics. Mr. Salter holds a Bachelors degree in Physics from St. Olaf College in Northfield, Minnesota.
